Their tom kha is literally the best thing ever. I found it interesting that you can build your own ramen here, so I took advantage and made my own. Then I saw the tom kha soup and thought that was a really interesting soup to offer at a ramen restaurant. Hands down, the best ramen I've ever had. It's creamy but has such a rich flavor, I could eat this everyday.

Came here with a big party and asked to move tables which the staff happily agreed to. They are very welcoming, attentive, and fast on water/napkin refills. I ordered the Motto Special Spicy Miso and a rainbow roll. The food came out quickly, especially for a party of 15 people. The ramen was great; perfect portion size, well cooked noodles, and just the right amount of spice (though someone else in our party said the broth was too spicy for them). Their chashu is really unique, as they sear it on a flat top grill, and it makes it really nice and smoky. Probably some of the best chashu I have had at a ramen place before. Their rainbow roll was also good and quite fresh, a pleasant surprise for this humble ramen shop. Overall this place was definitely deserving of 5 stars. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Hands down still my favorite ramen! Even though I think they changed hands awhile back, they still serve the same ramen and added MANY items to the previously small menu. I get the "Moto Black" which is filled with Black Garlic oil, bean sprouts, egg and woodear mushrooms... DELICIOUS!! Tonight I tried the new version of pork bun. They have two kinds. The new option is fried and crispier, but after trying it, I prefer the regular. Frying is crispier, but also tends to be drier. Both made with their exceptional pork belly which melts in your mouth. (Not a fan of thin pork in most ramen). This pork belly is AMAZING. Very flavorful and cooked to perfection! Their fried rice is normally over the top, with the same pork belly, shredded. Today, however, I smelled too much fish sauce. Maybe a fluke because it's usually VERY good.

This ramen/sushi place is in the plaza where Target and Chick Fill A is. Anyone who is familiar with the area will know that parking is limited during peak times. It's located next to beauty salon and by Target Inside gives the vibe of a classic Sushi place. However, they also have sushi and rice dishes. In addition, they have a dedicated vegan option. You are given two menus: sushi and the rest of it. Sushi is not all you can eat. You can choose selected ramen or build your own ramen, where extra $1 can make it spicy Order the chicken pad-Thai and the motto special. Chicken pad Thai is very moist and the plating is clean, and gorgeous. Motto special plus spicy bowl spicy is little small but it rewards in taste. It's not spicy if you are spicy lover and it will tickle your throat. Service is awesome, even though it was kind of empty at the time Overall, highly recommended on giving this place a try. Especially if you are around the area and don't want to go that far for another ramen shop

Been here twice and loved the food every time! The black motto ramen is . You get a big bowl with the perfect amount of meat for only $16. I've taken some friends and they love it as well. Also the sushi is great too. I had the pork chasu roll and had to order another. Their other rolls are all pretty good but that one stands out. I give it a 4 only because there isn't any alcohol, actually a 4.5. Some beer would pair perfectly, that's the only thing I missed that some other places have. Service there is great as well, they are all super attentive !

I've only tried their miso ramen so I can't vouch for anything else. The broth itself was flavorful and I enjoyed the big pieces of chashu. It also came with bean sprouts, seaweed, half an egg, & mushrooms. I wouldn't say it's the BEST ramen in the area but it def hit the spot if you're looking for a quick meal. Service was good as well and the restaurant itself was very casual where I could just walk and seat myself for lunch.

A nice ramen and sushi restaurant, I haven't been here for a while but they've included sushi on the menu now! The food is nice and it's a quiet and chill place to catchup up friends and family while eating yummy food. Staff are friendly and there's always plenty of parking in the plaza. Food came out quick too! Portions are pretty sizeable too! I like Spicer ramen and they have a pretty spicy chili paste that you can add. I liked the sushi too it tasted pretty fresh!

Motto ramen is my favorite place to get ramen. It's a hidden gem located deep towards the back of the parking lot as you enter. The restaurant itself is spacious and has plenty of seating. Their MOTTO BLACK is what I usually order. It has a special black garlic sauce and the broth is rich and light with pork and garlic flavor. It comes with soft boiled egg, bamboo, and green onions. The soy marinated pork belly that comes with it is soft, tender, and melts in your mouth! There takoyaki and chatsu fried rice are delicious as well! If you want some extra spiciness I recommend getting some sides of the chili oil. Nonetheless, the waiters are always friendly and attentive every time I've been here. Next time your craving ramen, come check out Motto!!
